This sauce is so creamy, so good and so easy to make!
Ingredients:
*I use 1 or 2 teaspoon of this minced garlic in a jar
But you could also use 1 or 2 fresh garlic cloves
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup fresh baby tomato's (quartered)
1/4 cup fresh basil
1/4 cup vodka
1 box of pasta
Directions:
In large skillet (medium heat) sauté garlic and olive oil for 2 minutes
Stir in tomatoes and basil. Let cook for about 15 minutes.
Stir in vodka and let simmer for another 10 minutes
Stir in cream and sauce- let simmer for 15 minutes or until sauce starts to thicken
Pour over cooked pasta and top with Parmesan.
